Lucille Gaudet Obituary

Lucille P. "Lucy" Gaudet, age 75, (formerly of Gretna, LA), died June 10, 2021 in Iowa City, IA. Burial will at Mt. Zion Cemetery Martinsburg, Iowa on June 26, 2021. In lieu of flowers, checks made to Lucille Gaudet Memorial Fund or Venmo @Lucille-Gaudet-Memorial. Lucy was born June 24, 1945 in Liberty Township, Hamilton County, Iowa to Neil and Murriel (Keller) Pampel. She married Bob Gaudet in Gretna, LA (1969). Lucy returned to Iowa in 1988. Lucy is survived by children, Brenda (Scott) Gordley, Brian (Tanya) Gaudet and Byron (Christine) Gaudet all of North Liberty, IA; grandchildren Jalen and Avery Gaudet, Austin and Blake Gordley; sisters, Karen Krumboltz of Fairfield, IA, and Thelma (Gene) Berg of Baton Rouge, LA; aunts, Evelyn Cunningham of Kansas City, MO and Ruby (Ralph) Hansen of Chariton, IA; nieces, nephews, great nieces/nephews. Lucy was preceded in death by parents, Neil and Murriel; husband, Bob Gaudet; and brother-in-law, Thomas Krumboltz. Online condolences may be made to family at behnerfh.com.
