Martin Temple Obituary

Martin W. Temple Sr. BORDENTOWN - Martin W. Temple Sr., 85, passed away peacefully Sunday at St. Mary Medical Center, Langhorne, PA surrounded by his loving family. Born in Trenton, he was a longtime resident of Bordentown. A U.S. Navy veteran of World War II and the Korean War, he retired after 20 years of service to his country at the rank of chief petty officer. Son of the late Hazel Temple, he is survived by his wife of 55 years, Yasuko Temple; his children, Linda Temple and her husband Ted Krysa of Robbinsville, Katherine Jobes of Bordentown, Martin Temple Jr. and his wife Terri of Bordentown, William Temple and his wife Janet of Old Saybrook, CT, and Joanne Kelley Temple of Bordentown; his nine grandchildren, Scott and Daniel Krysa, Brenna and Tamara Jobes, Gregory, Randi and Megan Temple, and Christopher and Chad Temple; and a great-grandson. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday at the Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St., Bordentown. Interment will follow in Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
