Mrs. Narcisse was one of the greatest ladies I knew. I treasured her friendship these past 30+ years I have been in New Orleans and been active in KPC. She loved her family, her church of St. Raymond's, her KPC family. I will miss her tremendously...and I promise I will keep her and her family in my constant prayers!
