My heart grieves with the family of Mattie Crockett. I can say that I was priviledged to know Mattie. She will always hold a special place in my heart. Certainly she stands as a measure for us all. A great lady. Rest in peace.

Mattie was one of my favorite people ever. I met her at Munholland 30 years ago when I was a young single girl. I was away for several years, and when I returned to Munholland, Mattie was so happy to see me and to find out I was married with a family. I know she is rejoicing in heaven.
God bless Mattie and her family,
Jan Schluter
