Nickesse Toney Obituary

Nickesse Trimaine Toney, known as Nicky Da B, a 2008 graduate of West Jeff High School departed this life on September 2, 2014 at the age of 24. Son of Nicole T. Toney; Preceded in death by Grandmother Aline Toney, Great Grandmother Cecile Toney, Aunt Betty Jean Smith, Uncle Allen Jermaine Toney, Uncle Randy Handy and Uncle Allen Toney. Nicky is also survived by Pets Miyako and Dutch Toney, Uncles Vida Montz, Carl Handy, Sham Abbott, Godmother Shawanda E. Martin, Godfather Charles Darensbourg, God brothers Juanyell and Aljuan Martin, Devoted Aunt Helen C. Martin Valentine, Best friend Tori Maranda Simms, Devoted friend Jernel Green, Manager Jay Penington and a host of other relatives and friends. A funeral service was held at Rhodes Funeral Home 3933 Washington Ave. on September 10, 2014. Interment Providence Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements by D. W. Rhodes Funeral Home, Gretna, LA.
