Pearl Louise Bailey Scott departed this life on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at the age of 90. Beloved wife of the late John Henry Scott II. Loving daughter of the late Wesley Bailey and Ruby Levy Bailey. Devoted mother of John (Andrea) Scott and Dwayne (Rebecca) Scott. Sister of Andrey Jackson, Thelma Hall, Richard Bailey, and the late Gloria Larks, Otis Bailey, Alvin Bailey, and Dauf Bailey. Pearl is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers and members of Pleasant Zion Baptist Church are invited to attend a Funeral Service honoring the life of Pearl Louise Bailey Scott at Pleasant Zion Baptist Church, 3317 Toledano St. New Orleans, LA 70125 on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at 11:15 am.
