My mother Mrs. Eloise Hall preceded you in death. Now the two of you can sit around talking about the temperature the way you did a few years ago.
Rest in peace. We will all meet on that beautiful shore.

I had the privilege of knowing Phil for over twenty years through our association in the Dawn Buster Kiwanis club. In that time I learn a lot about how devoted, caring andunselfish this man was. He always was there when needed and never knew how to say NO. My condolences and prayers to the family.
