The Poitevent Family,
I am deeply saddened by the loss of my great freind Robert. I have only just found out the terrible news today. I am sorry I could not be there to honor his memory in person. I have only fond memories of Robert and family for the short time that I lived in New Orleans. His dry sense of humor made me laugh daily, and left others bewildered. Although we have not spoken recently, I still consider him my best friend. My heart goes out to Traci, his wonderful children, and all family. If there is anything I can do, please let me know

Mr. and Mrs. Poitevent,
You and your family will all be in my prayers. I became friends with Rob a few years ago through mutual friends of his. I would see him out on occasion and would allways enjoy talking to him. He never had anything but a kind word to say, could be very funny at times, and was good at cheering people up. I allways knew Rob was a talented chef, but never knew he had so many accomplishments in cooking, like the ones that were listed in his obituary. Many people, including myself, will mourn his loss. He is in a much better place now. You, your husband, his brother, his ex-wife and 3 girls will allways be in my prayers. God bless You and Your Family and if you would ever like to talk, you can call me on my cellphone at 504-621-9931.
Sincerely,
Sonny Seabury
