Salvadore "Pin' "Mac" Macaluso, Jr., born December 17, 1942, died Sunday, January 19, 2003 at 1:00 AM at Meadowcrest Hospital. Beloved husband of Catherine Linam Macaluso. Father of Salvadore A. Macaluso, Crystal Macaluso Sevin, and Bruce J. Macaluso. Father-in-law to Troy A. Sevin, Sr. and Shannon Hoyt Macaluso. Son of the late Henrietta Stephens Macaluso and Salvadore Macaluso, Sr. Brother of Marilyn Macaluso Ortalano, Anthony Macaluso and Deborah Macaluso Falgoust Gauthreaux. Grandfather of Victoria Macaluso, Troy, Kaylyn and Tyler Sevin, Salvadore Macaluso and Samatha and Casey Lamonte. Also survived by mother-in-law, nieces, nephews Nancy J. Orgeron and Damon B. King, and other relatives and friends. A native of Harvey, LA and a resident of Gretna, LA for the past 40 years. Relatives and friends of the family, also employees of John W. Stone Oil Distributors, Hooters Restaurant, Fantastic Sam's, Chevy's Restaurant, Gretna Bingo Palace and members of the Italian American Society of Jefferson Parish, the Original Westside Carnival Marching Club, Gretna (Mel Ott) Recreation, Crescent City Truck Parade and Elks Krewe of Gretna and members of the Swinging Cajuns Carnival Club, are invited to attend funeral services on Wednesday, January 22, 2003, at 11:00 AM at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA. Interment will follow services in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA. Vistation, on Tuesday, January 21, 2003 at 6:00 - 10:00 PM and on Wednesday, at 9:00 - 11:00 AM.
