Sharlene C. Williams, age 66, entered into eternal rest on Friday, December 11, 2020. She was born to the late Edmond and Dora Cummings on January 17, 1954, in New Orleans, LA. Beloved mother of LaTanya and Quince Williams Jr. Grandmother of Robert, Amari, Quince and Quinaya Williams. Sister of Joni (Otis) Black, Oney, Kim, and Bridgette Cummings. In addition to her parents, Sharlene is also preceded in death by two brothers, Edmond Jr and Larry Cummings. She also leaves to cherish her memory a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Joseph S. Clark Senior High and Southern University at New Orleans Alumni, employees New Orleans City Hall, Circle Food Store and other colleagues is welcome to join in a Mass of Christian Burial honoring the life of Sharlene C. Williams held at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church, 1835 St. Roch Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70117 on Saturday, December 19, 2020, at 10 AM, Father Emanuel Tanu, SVD, Celebrant.
