Duerson, and John M Simon. Mother-in-law of Dave Pillow, Donald Evans, Douglas Duerson, MD, and Marilynn Bryan Simon. Daughter of the late Lou Ella Callais and Herman J. Rodrigue. Sister of Mrs. Ella Mae Smith, Mrs. Jo Ann Crist, and the late Herman J. Rodrigue, Jr. Also survived by 8 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Age 71 years. A native of Gretna , LA and a resident of Algiers, LA for the past 53 years. Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church, corner of Verret St. and Alix St ., Algiers, LA on Wednesdady, May 16, 2007 at 11:30 AM. Interment will be private. Visitation at the church on Wednesday from 10:00 AM until funeral time. MOTHE FUNERAL HOME in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations to Holy Name of Mary Church's renovation fund preferred.
