Dear Claire and family: On behalf of me and my parents, Jack & Helen Averell, I send to you our love and condolences at this sad time. We count among our blessings having known you and your beloved Steve, and my Dad's chances of returning from WWII were better ensured serving alongside the likes of so fine and brave a man as your Steve. Dear Aunt Claire,
We were so sorry to hear that Uncle Steve had passed away. He was certainly always the life of the party for everyone, especially the children. We hope that he had a peaceful passing. We will remember him and you in our prays. God Bless You and see you through this time of sorrow.
