This beautiful sole was the Matriarch for the LEDUFF family.
She has put many family members to rest, and will now be reunited with all. She was an ear to listen and sometimes to cry with, she was always there. She was my Aunt, but more like a mother in every way.
Her cooking was like no other, " true creole" and she love to share her secrets.
New Orleans will never be the same.

With a heavy heart
