Our deepest sympathy to Maggie,Thomas Jr.,Patrick and all the Rigney family on the recent loss of your dear father and grandfather. We visited with your Dad many times over the years at family gatherings and were always impressed by his kind and gentle demeanor. He was a man of faith. Always made everyone feel welcome. Our Uncle Tommy was such an important part of our childhood years. He was young and handsome and full of fun. He had a very dry wit sense of humor and always kept us laughing. He was so generous to us and would often take us to Pontchartrain Beach and City Park. He was kindhearted, loving, and so sweet and devoted to his family. Our mother, Connie, adored him. He was her happy-go-lucky "Moo", her adorable baby brother. He was one of the most compassionate people we´ve ever known. His strong faith made him a true role model to all of us. We are heartbroken, but rejoice in the knowledge that he is reunited with his beautiful Jeannine.
