To the Oubre and Dixon Families:

God will perfect that which concerns you.

Memories are images that are deeply engraved in our mind and heart. God gave you 30 wonderful years to share together. Hold on to the memories. I knew Tiffany as a vocational education instructor in the late 1990s. I will remember her smiling face.

My deepest sympathies go out to the Oubre family. The last time I spoke with Tiffany was at Norbert Rillieux Elementary when she was picking up her daughters from school. She seemed happy and we talked briefly about how things were going in both our lives. We practically grew up together (since about 4th grade), so I do have very fond memories of her. May God bless and keep her safe in his arms.
