To Jeffery and Family: You all have my deepest condolences. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. Toni and I met when she started working at City Hall with S&WB in the late 70's and had been friends every since. Toni and I would hang out and do a lot of things together. She had this funny laugh that I can hear every time I think about her. I will miss our conservations that we would have from time to time. Rest in peace my friend.
