Rise 10 January 1971 and Transcended 6 February 2024. Tory 'Blackie' Maurice Thomas left this earth on the morning of 6 February 2024 at 11:50 am. He was born into this world with health issues and he took his last breath due to health issues, a seizure. Tory, known to his mother, his half sister and his great grandmother Lubertha Thomas, who left us prior, as Blackie, was born on the 10th of January to his Mother Dale Thomas. He is welcomed into the fold of God's eternal paradise by his Great Grandmother Lubertha Thomas, Norwood, Louisiana. He leaves behind his Mother Dale Thomas-Micklè, his half sister Úrjani Chénier Micklè of New Orleans, Louisiana. Tory was born with Schizophrenia and received his diagnosis at an early age. He was a troubled person but despite his mental illness he found his calm within the storm through the creative arts. Tory excelled at drawing, gymnastics/break dancing and singing. Cremation.
