Ulysses Simmons died on Saturday, July 22, 2023 at Basile Care Center, Basile, LA. Son of Ethel Mae Simmons. Brother of Stacy Jones, Carolyn Smith, Debbie Mott, Sandra Triggs, Terry Simmons, the late Glen, Darlene and Kenneth Simmons. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Age 63 years. A native of Des Allemands, LA and resident of Boutte, LA. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastor, officers and members of Antioch Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral on Saturday, August 5, 2023, at Antioch Baptist Church, 16423 Old Spanish Trail, Des Allemands, LA at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Mitchell Bolden, Pastor, Officiating. Interment Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery, Des Allemands, LA. Visitation at the above-named church from 9:00 a.m. until service time. Serviced by Robottom Mortuary.
