Vera Strohmeyer Obituary

Vera Mae Rouprich Strohmeyer, on Tuesday, January 13, 2004 at Meadowcrest Living Center. Age 90 years. Beloved wife of the late Adolph Frank Strohmeyer. Daughter of the late Anne Lucas Rouprich and Peter Rouprich. Mother of Ann Rodriguez and Dale Strohmeyer. Grandmother of Wendy Loggins, Michael Rodriguez and Jan Brien. Great-grandmother of Ashlee, Rachel and Michael Rodriguez, Jr., Abby and Josh Brien and Hunter Loggins. Sister of the late Thelma Oddo, Gladys Wysling, Ashland Rouprich and Lester Rouprich. Relatives and friends of the family, also officers and members of Gretna Carnival Club, Dixie Marketing, K-Pauls Louisiana Kitchen, EDG Engineering Group, PSI Services; employees of Ochsner Foundation Hospital and residence and staff of Meadowcrest Living Center are invited to attend funeral services on Friday, January 16, 2004 at 11:00 A.M. at Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA. Interment will follow services in McDonogh Cemetery, Gretna, LA. Visitation on Thursday from 6:00 to 10:00 P.M. and on Friday from 9:00 to 11:00 A.M. The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the nurses and staff of Meadowcrest Living Center.
