I was out of town when Bill died and did not know until yesterday (Friday 8/13/04). I was talking to Jim Frederick and he told me. I was absolutely shocked. I had worked with Bill for many years. The entire family has my sympathy and prayers and prayers in particular. If I can do anything to help either the family or Jim Frederick, please let me know.

Mrs. Doran and family, I am so sorry to hear of Mr. Doran's death. He has been a great help to me over the past 2 years with my aunt Jessie's legal matters. I'm sure she would be sorry to hear of his passing also. She is suffering dementia so I'll offer condolences on her behalf.

I attended Our Lady of Mercy school with your son, Bill, and Mr. Doran attended CHS with my Dad. We recently had discussions about this. I'd like to offer my sincere sympathy and prayers on his passing.

A lifelong friend. Bill and his family have been friends for at least three generations of Dents and Graces. Elizabeth and I enjoyed his company, insights and kindness.

I have sent the Obit to Charlie Dent in China.
