William Knowles Fowler

FOWLER William Knowles Fowler ("Mr. Bill"), of Pearl River, LA, passed away on Monday, April 30, 2012. Beloved husband of the late Mary Dell Southward Fowler. Father of Carol F. Bussell (Melvin). Brother of Frank A. Fowler, the late Bruce, Earl, Daniel W. Fowler, Ella F. Hoffman, Hazel F. Alto and June F. Stroop. Also survived by 2 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter. Age 90 years. A native of Washington, D.C. and a longtime resident of Pearl River. Mr. Fowler retired from Southern Railway after 42 years of service. He served in WWII with 106th Infantry Division in the European Theatre. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Services at Pearl River United Methodist Church, 65480 Louisiana 41, Pearl River, LA on Friday evening, May 25, 2012 from 5:30 to 6:30 P.M. with a Celebration Potluck and Singing at the Church's Agape Center at 6:30 pm.
