William Lee Obituary

LEE William Hugh ""Bill'' Lee, Jr. passed away on Saturday, October 28, 2006. Age 71, a native of New Orleans and a longtime resident of Kenner and St. Rose. Mr. Lee was retired from T. L. James Company and was formerly with the Kenner Fire and Police Departments. He was a founding member of the St. Rose Gun and Deer Club and master award winning wildlife carver. He was an active member of Single and Single Again with St. Clement of Rome Church parish and a lifelong fan of the L.S.U. Tigers. Beloved husband of the late Anna €Penny� Meaux Lee. He is survived by his first wife, Gay Rita Jastram Lee; 4 children, William H. Lee III, Karen L Arnouville, Linda L. LaMonte and Felicia L. Ray; a stepson, Valence R. Meaux; 2 sisters, Patricia A. and Gaynell M. Lee; 7 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Gertrude Faust Lee and William H. Lee, Sr. and a brother, Robert C. Lee, Sr. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at the Kenner Funeral Home of L. A. Muhleisen and Son, 2607 Williams Blvd. on Monday, October 30, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation on Monday from 9:00 a.m. until time of service. Interment in Jefferson Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations to American Cancer Society, 2200 Veterans Mem. Blvd., Suite 214, Kenner, LA 70062, preferred.
