Dylan Ray Hall, age 19, of Council Bluffs, passed away August 8, 2025, in Council Bluffs.

Dylan was born June 9, 2006, in Las Vegas, NV., to Willian A. and Roshelle (Peck) Hall, and spent his early years in Iowa and Kentucky. He was currently working at Warren Oil.

Dylan is preceded in death by his great- grandparents, Don Hall, Dorothy Hall, Clarence & Ione Ashley; cousins Phillip Hall, Casey Bokhoven and Andrew Krause; great-uncles Don and Mike Hall; aunt Debbie Ashley; uncle, Chase.

Survivors include father Billy Hall, of Omaha; mother, Roshelle Hall, of Liberty, KY.; sister, Fairah Hall, of Omaha; brother, Bentley Hall, of Omaha, sisters, Zirah Albert, Ellah both of KY; grandparents, William and June Hall, of Red Oak, IA., Bill and Jill Collin, of Liberty, KY; cousins, Desean, Kesean, Ashlyne, Aiden and LeRoy; aunts, uncles, many other family members.

Visitation Tuesday 5 to 7:00 p.m. Funeral Service Wednesday 10:30 a.m., all at Cutler O'Neill Funeral Home. Burial in Cedar Lawn Cemetery, with a luncheon to follow at the Walnut Hill Reception Center, 1350 E. Pierce Street.
