Andrew Ercolano Obituary

RIDGEWOOD — Andrew J. Ercolano, 80, died on July 31.

Born and raised in New York City, he resided in Woodcliff Lake for seven years before moving to Ridgewood 27 years ago. He was a parishioner of Mt. Carmel R.C. Church in Ridgewood. He was a sailor and woodworker and acrylic paint artist. Prior to retiring, he owned and operated Glenco and Glen Design in Bergen County.

He is survived by his wife, Sandra L. (Morales) Ercolano; his children, Andrea Chambers, Michael Ercolano, Robert Ercolano, Christina Creedon and Andrew Ercolano; his nine grandchildren; and his siblings, Rita Frezza and Frances Karman. He was predeceased by his sister, Rosemarie Ercolano.

A memorial service is being planned for a later date and details will be posted on the funeral home website when available. Cremation will be private.

Arrangements are by Vander Plaat-Caggiano Funeral Home in Fair Lawn.
