I AM WRITING THIS WITH A SADDENED HEART

I WILL MISS MRS. COLNAGHI VERY MUCH. SHE WAS A BIG PART OF MY HIGH SCHOOL YEARS EVEN AFTER SHE LEFT GHS TO GO TO PARAMUS HIGH SCHOOL.

MRS. COLNAGHI WAS MY FRESHMAN HOMEROOM 101 TEACHER AND MY

FRESHMAN ENGLISH TEACHER.

I REMEMBER HER TAKING "US" WITH GEORGE AND JOHN TO THE PAPERMILL PLAYHOUSE. WE RODE ON THE BUS AND HAD A BALL.

I REMEMBER GOING TO HER HOME IN FAIR LAWN WE HAD A VERY NICE VISIT. I NEVER BECAME THE TEACHER I ALWAYS WANTED TO ME, THOUGH TILL TODAY PEOPLE THINK I WAS A TEACHER.

IT WAS THE TEACHING SKILLS OF MRS. COLNAGHI THAT WILL LIVE WITH ME FOREVER.

GOD BLESS YOU MY DEAREST FRIEND.

It is with great saddness that I read of Mrs. Colnaghi's passing! She was a wonderful person that touched my life in many ways! Her love for people and education could not be measured and she played a very important part in my life during my high school and college years. Many times I know it was her influence why I am a teacher today!

Her memory will live for ever with all of her students and friends who treasured her!
