PARK
Bridget Ann (nee Bachmann), 38, of Egg Harbor Township went to be with the Lord on Tuesday March 17, 2015.
Born October 9, 1976 in Ridgewood, NJ. Bridget was loving wife to Jonathan Park. Cherished daughter of Karen (Miller) Bachmann and the late Carl J. Bachmann.
Bridget was raised in Waldwick, NJ, graduating from Waldwick HS in 1994. She attended Richard A Stockton College of NJ where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science and Education and a Masters in Holocaust and Genocide Studies. Bridget was a talented and dedicated teacher who spent her life teaching science to children in and out of the classroom. Summers she would be found at the Bayside Center Summer Camp (Ocean City, NJ) teaching the ecology of the shore to campers of all ages. She met and married the love of her life, Jonathon while they were attending Richard Stockton College. She enjoyed sports, traveling and her two best pals, her dogs, Maggie and Abbey.
She will be deeply missed by her mother-in-law, Bernadette, brother and sister-in-law Jim and Jennifer McBrien, nieces Kieran and Andie, grandmothers Joan Miller and Edith Bachmann, aunts and uncles Barbara Vincent, Craig and Patricia Miller, Kerry and Peter Weckesser, Robert and Diana Bachmann, Fr. John Gabriel, James Miller, Norman Wolffe, Sean Miller, cousins Lauren Miller, Kristen Miller, Caitlin Vincent, Tracy and Mike Lynch, Robert and Liz Bachmann, Dawn and Chris Coviello. As well as numerous cousins, friends and co-workers.
She was predeceased by her father Carl J. Bachmann, father-in-law Joseph Park and grandfathers Donald J. Miller and Carl E. Bachmann.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Bridget's Life Celebration and viewing on Tuesday afternoon March 24, 2015 from 3-5 PM at Jeffries and Keates Funeral Home, 228 Infield Ave Northfield NJ 08225. (At the corner of Tilton Road and Infield Ave) and on Wednesday morning from 9-11 AM at the Nativity R.C. Church, 315 Prospect Street, Midland Park NJ. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 AM. Interment Maryrest Cemetery, Mahwah NJ.
The family kindly requests in lieu of flowers please send donations to the Wetlands Institute, 1075 Stone Harbor Blvd, Stone Harbor NJ 08247.

Bridget I will always remember how nice you where to me and the other kids at camp you where such a nice person you always had something planned for the camp to keep us all busy and I always loved the dissections of the squid and shark. I learned so much down there that I use it in six grade. I will deeply miss you- Liam McDonnell

Regrettably I lost touch with her a long time ago, but I never stopped think of her as a friend. She was literally my first friend. My earliest memories are of us running around and playing hide and seek in the firehouse, basically being little terrors to our parents and just about anyone around. And now my heart breaks with her loss. Karen you have my deepest sympathies, and I am so very sorry for your loss.
