Dave and I were good friends during our school years. I have good memories of playing football, playing together in a rock band, summer in Beach Haven. He was a good guy, a good athlete, a good drummer, and he was always a very friendly and kind person. We drifted apart as our lives moved on from River Edge, but each time I saw him over the years we reconnected immediately. God Bless you Dave and your entire family. You will be missed. Don Mann

I was so upset to hear about Dave. We were friends from elementary school through high school. He was an amazing person with a great laugh. I can remember watching his band at the junior high and Congregational Church dances like it was yesterday. I am so sorry about your loss.

I just heard this terrible news from a River Edge friend, and I am so very sorry for your loss. David was a great guy, and I have many memories from years past of his smile and wonderful personality and love of life.
With deepest sympathy, Sandy Van Wetering (Jorgensen)
