Drew Dubis Obituary

DUBIS
Drew, a lifelong resident of Garfield, NJ died on March 4th, he was 61. Drew was born in Passaic, on May 26, 1953 to Edward and Evelyn (Frank) Dubis. Drew had worked as a maintenance man most of his life. He enjoyed fixing and tinkering. He had worked for Reynolds & Reynolds in Elmwood Park, Mercedes Benz in Ramsey and for Toys R Us in Wayne. His hobbies included boats and cars. He enjoyed his weekly outings each Thursday in East Rutherford at the Post Stroke Program run by Bergen County, where he would play bingo and socialize with other stroke survivors. Drew is survived by his mother Evelyn Dubis, his brothers Marc Dubis and Kim Dubis. He is also survived by his dear Uncle Leo and his wife Barbara, and beloved cousins and caretakers Eugene, Clementine, and family. Visiting, Saturday, March 7th, 1-3 pm, Warner-Wozniak Funeral Service, 80 Midland Ave, Wallington, followed by a funeral service at 3 PM. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to Bergen County Meals on Wheels Program, 1 Bergen County Plaza, 2nd Floor, Hackensack, NJ 07601.
