George Schile Obituary
George J., Schile, Jr. passed away Friday April 7, 2017 after a brief illness at the age of 88. He was born on August 15, 1928 and lived in Flushing Queens, NY. He was a long time employee of Bowne and Co. Financial Printer until he retired on disability in 1986. He served in the Army in Korea during the Korean War from 1951 to 1953. He moved to NJ in 1994 to be closer to his brother and family. In 2004 he became a resident of the Paramus Veterans Memorial Home until his death. He is survived by his brother Rick, nephew Ron and his son Zachary, nieces Dawn and her husband John and Terry and her husband Ariel Morales and their daughters Jacqueline and Jamie. The Family wishes to express their thanks to the staff of the Veterans Home who cheerfully cared for George these past 13 yrs. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Paramus Veterans Home would be appreciated. Visiting at Petrik Funeral Home, 140 Palisade Ave., Bogota on Wednesday 7-9 PM. The procession will leave on Thursday 10 AM for the interment at L.I. National Cemetery, Farmingdale, NY.
