Gus CHAKONIS Obituary
Gus, age 84, of Fairview, NJ passed away on September 27, 2014.
Gus was a United States Air Force Veteran of the Korean War. He met and fell in love with Marge, and from their union, three sons were born. On June 18, 2014
they celebrated 54 years of marriage. Gus is also survived by his sons: Michael and wife Lillian, Thomas and wife Lori and John and wife Lisa, loving grandfather to TJ, Ashley, Jaclyn, Kristina, Jessica, Zack, Eric, Steven and Luke.
He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. We ask for his blessings from heaven. Viewing at A.K. Macagna Funeral Home 495 Anderson Avenue Cliffside Park, NJ on Tuesday, September 30, 2014 from 4-9 PM.
A Funeral Service and Entombment will be held on Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at 10 AM at Garden of Memories Mausoleum 300 Soldier Hill Road Township of Washington, NJ.
