KASBARIAN
James Minas, 83, of Northvale, passed away on Wednesday, May 28, 2014.
Beloved husband of Frances (nee Papazian). Devoted father of James A. and his wife Linda of Maybrook, NY, Greg and his wife Beth of Midland Park and Rudy Pajooh and his wife Danette of Hasbrouck Heights. Cherished grandfather of Andrew, Bailey, Dana, Julia, Chloe, Avery and Isabella. Dearest brother of William and his wife Rose of Wanaque and Frederick and his wife Barbara of Newtown, CT. He is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
James was a USMC Korean War Veteran. Besides his love of family, he particularly enjoyed cheering for the NY Rangers.
A Funeral Service will be held Saturday 10 AM at Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Avenue, Northvale with interment to follow at Tappan Cemetery, Tappan, NY. Visiting hours are Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: Villa Marie Claire Hospice or the Armenian Rehabilitation and Nursing Home.
