Jean Madsen

MADSEN Jean (nee Bath), age 74, of Berkeley Twp. passed away on Wednesday, January 23, 2008. She was born in Jersey City and lived in Maywood, NJ and Greenwood Lake, NY before moving to Berkeley Twp. in 2007. Mrs. Madsen was a giving person who always put others before herself. She loved being around children and was a kind and giving person who take care of everyone, especially her family. She was predeceased by her son, Michael. Mrs. Madsen is survived by her husband of 52 years, James; her children, Robert Madsen of New York, NY; Christopher and Carol Madsen of Greenwood Lake, NY and Gary Madsen of Palm Springs, CA and her grandchildren, Justin and Christopher. Visitation will be Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Road, Toms River. Funeral service will be Monday 10 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Fairview, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Team Walking for Jean C/O Parkinson's Unity Walk, P. O.
