Marijan Gasparic Obituary
Born in Croatia, he came to the U.S. in 1959 and settled in New York City. He retired as longshoreman for the ILA in New York City.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Krista (Telesmanic) Gasparic; his children, Kornelija Suric and husband Zvonko, John Gasparic and wife Barbra and Al Gasparic and wife Patricia; his grandchildren, Mijo and wife Kathy, Jessica and husband Michael, Jaclyn and husband Kosta, Kristopher and wife Roberta, Lynn and Diana; his six great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass was celebrated on Sept. 16 at St. Cyril & Methodius-St. Raphael Church in New York City, with entombment at Garden of Memories in Township of Washington.
Arrangements were by the Becker Funeral Home in Westwood.
