RUTHERFORD- Suzanne Louise Dengel peacefully went to be with our Lord and Savior on July 16, after a long and courageous battle. Suzanne was born to loving parents, Fred and Louise Vogel on Sept. 19, 1943 in Glen Ridge and grew up with her two sisters, Jonan Cohen and Carol Anne Wood. Mrs. Dengel leaves behind her beloved husband of 51 years, Wayne Dengel, two children, Sharon Wulbern and Wayne Dengel Jr., as well as four grand children, Alex and Walker Wulbern, and Jeremy and Jennifer Dengel. She will be remembered not only by family but also by her extended network of family and friends. Mrs. Dengel lived a wonderful life with no regrets and passed thankful to see her family together at her bedside. As a life-long believer, she looks forward to eternity with her Lord.

Dear Suzanne....I remember you with all the fondest memories! I still see me walking down the aisle at your wedding with my little gold brocade dress. You were beautiful then and remained beautiful and courageous always! You were so encouraging when I was fighting my cancer battle...that will make us sisters forever. You are now one of the beautiful angels and I hope you are looking down on us all now with your great smile. The family will miss you so much! You are now with God!
