Donna Perkins Obituary
Donna had worked at Gertha's Nursing Center from 1978-1999 and at Angel River Health and Rehab for 1999 to 2010.
She was a loving mother and grandmother, she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents Francis and Delores (Waniger) Gramelspacher and sister Teresa Kellems and Mother in Law Helen Snorton.
Donna is survived by her husband Jack Perkins II and sons Jason Garcia and wife Dawn, Jack Perkins III and Justin Perkins.
Sisters Cathy Kerstien of Ferdinand, IN, Jeanie Wood of Mangnet, IN, and Brother Kevin Gramelspacher of Thomasville, AL. Grandchildren Haley and Kannon Garcia and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral Service will be Monday, 11:00 AM at Osborne Funeral Home and Visitation will be from 4-8 at Osborne on Sunday Reverend Kent Hite Officiating burial at Sunset Cemetery. In lieu of flower a memorial fund has been set up at Integra Bank.

Donna was a great woman and a great friend to my mother, Vicki Lehman, she will be missed by all who knew her. The family will be in our thoughts and prayers through this time. God bless.

I have known Donna since those years working at Gertha's and I could not have met a better person that was so much love and fun to be around, Donna you will be truly missed by all who loved you but God loved you the best.
