Wayne Wojcik Obituary
Wayne M., 66, of Hawthorne, formerly of Ridgewood, passed away December 16, 2015. Beloved husband of Mary Ann (nee Brydon). Loving father of Jeffrey and wife Sarah. Adoring Papa of Zoe and Abigail. Devoted brother of Mark and Michael. Loving son of Matthew and Julie (nee Pardenek). A parishioner of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, Wayne was Product Manager at AT&T Wireless in Paramus. Wayne was Past Scout Master of Troop 7, Ridgewood. He served on the Ridgewood/Glen Rock Juvenile Conference Committee for over 20 years, and currently was full-time Papa for his girls. All are invited to attend the Funeral Mass on Monday 10 AM at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel R.C. Church, Ridgewood, with interment to follow in George Washington memorial Park, Paramus. Visiting Sunday 3-7 PM at the Feeney Funeral Home, 232 Franklin Ave, Ridgewood. NO FLOWERS PLEASE. Donations to Lacordaire Academy (www.lacordaireacademy.com), 155 Lorraine Ave, Upper Montclair, NJ 07043 in honor of his granddaughters would be appreciated.

Wayne was a good, kind and fair person to work with at AT&T. He was always happy and in good spirits. He would take a negative situation and turn it to a positive outcome with such class. I will miss Wayne dearly he was a good friend to me.

The world has lost another great good man. I count myself lucky to have known him and am truly sorry for your loss. Please accept my deepest sympathies.
Please also know that stories of Wayne Wojcik, along with Bill Neiman, Ray Banta, and others will forever live in the hearts of the Scouts and Scouters of Ridgewood-Glen Rock.
Scout Vespers and Taps won't quite do him justice. But I'll sing them for him anyway.

I met Wayne through scouting in the old Ridgewood Glen Rock Council. He had a lust for life, fun and adventure that made him a boon companion as they used to say. My boys, Joseph and James will miss him greatly as will I. He taught us much and will always be remembered. I will treasure the memories until we all meet again at that big final campfire. I am so sorry to hear of Wayne's passing. I worked with Wayne at AT&T in the 1970s on the ADP Account. He was also a neighbor to me and was a very nice man.

Dear Wojcik Family....
I knew Wayne for a short time as classmates at St. Anthony of Padua, Watkins Glen, NY & alumni gatherings. He was a favorite person for his general goodness. I'm sure I don't have to tell you that. Yes, he left us too soon, but he's at rest with the Lord. You'll always have a guardian angel watching over you. Again my deepest condolences and prayers are said. May the angels lead him to Paradise, the new Jerusalem, and rest in peace!
