As a secretary to Bill Burke, Captain of Troop "B" at that time, I can attest that he was one of the most professional, low key and understanding men I ever had the pleasure of working for. May he find ever lasting peace throughout eternity. The NJSP lost another outstanding officer and he will always be remembered. God bless his family.
