The family and community lost a great man today. If everyone in the world had a little Bill Strohmeyer in them the world would be a much better place.
He will be missed by everyone his humor and compassion has touched.

My sincere condolences to Mrs Strohmeyer and the entire family.
I was so saddened to hear this news. I enjoyed talking to Mr Strohmeyer at the council meetings and also loved hearing him talk about Radio City and people we might know in common who worked there. We loved hearing him sing at Memorial Day, especially.
He was a sweet and gentle man and always had a smile on his face. He will be missed.

I will always remember Mr. Strohmeyer as a kind gentleman. I remember him from tax seasons at Gladstone & English. Sorry for the Strohmeyer family's great loss.

I just heard this news from my mother and of course I remember your family from St. Joe's (I was in Bill's class). My deepest sympathy to you all. I am so very sorry for your loss.

Mr. Strohmeyer was one of the nicest men I have ever met. He always had a good word whenever he saw someone. He will be missed, but I know he is with his Lord and at peace.
