Dear Michael and Alex,

I was so very devastated to hear about the loss of your lovely wife and mother Lisa. As a poet I can leave you with these words...God Bless

To Those I Love And Those Who Love Me

When I am gone, release me let me go
I have so many things to see and do
You mustn't tie yourself to me with tears
Be happy that we had so many years
I gave you my love, you can only guess
How much you gave to me in happiness

I thank you for the love you have shown
But now it's time I traveled alone
So grieve a while for me if grieve you must
Then let your grief be comforted by trust
It's only for a while that we must part
So bless the memories within your heart
I won't be far away. For life goes on

So if you need me call and I will come
Though you can't see or touch me I'll be there
And if you listen with your heart you'll hear
All of my love around you soft and clear
And then when you must come this way alone
I'll greet you with a smile and welcome you home ~

Dear Michael and Alex,
I'm still in such shock as I imagine you both are as well. I learned so much from Lisa from the many classes she instructed. She taught me things that I've continued to use and will always use in life. She made an impact on so many women and children in our town. Her positivity, energy and smile lit up any room she walked into, and you couldn't help join her excitement during Zumba or talks after classes. We were all so lucky she shared her passion with us and inspired us along the way. Thank you for sharing your wife and your mother with us. There will never be a day that I hear a merengue and not think of her. I'm sending so much light and comfort to you both.
