Sheryl Lickwola Obituary
LISBON - Sheryl A. Lickwola, 66, of Lisbon died Thursday morning May 25, 2017 at Pendleton Health & Rehab in Mystic. She was born in Norwich on October 18, 1950 the daughter of the late Wilfred and Zenobie (Rondeau) Chabotte. Sheryl was employed as a Bookkeeper at Frank's Auto Repair in Lisbon for 22 years before retiring. On November 23, 1968 she married Frank L. Lickwola, Jr. who died on January 19, 2015. She is survived by one daughter: Deborah Fargo and her husband Charles of Griswold, one son: Brian J. Lickwola and his wife Kim of Griswold, grandchildren: Sydney and Caden Lickwola and Justin and Kaylin Fargo, one brother: Wilfred Chabotte of Baltic, three sisters: Charlene Bouchard of Norwich, Kathy Burkart of Canterbury and Cynthia Coulombe of Tiverton, R.I. and nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind a dear friend, who was her 3rd son, Walter Hill Jr. of Griswold. She was predeceased by one son Frank L. Lickwola III.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday June 3, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Joseph Church in Occum, meeting directly at church. Burial will be private. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society Ct Chapter, 659 Tower Ave, First Floor, Hartford, CT 06112-1269. Guillot Funeral Home of Taftville is in charge of arrangements.

To Brain & Debbie,. With a heavy heart, my condolences to the lost of your Mother.
You Mother,.Cheryl and I were very good friends when we were little and going to Occum School. Then in recent yrs reconnected. I know Cheryl as an Angel here on Earth. Even when we were in lst grade I knew her as a kind hearted, caring, and loving soul. She was always there when I was sad with words of kindness. She has always been that way right up till her last day here on Earth. I know she will be a guiding, loving Angel up in heaven looking down on all the people she loved so much. God Bless Sweet, Sweet Cheryl. I'm glad your husband and Son will be there waiting g for you.
