Oh, that is so sad, I knew Frank in the 70s. He was a true community man in the whole sense that he served our Valley. He was also a believer in our Lord Jesus Christ. I miss him and thank him for his life lessons. Bless.

My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family. I had the pleasure to have known and work with Mr. Brumback over many, many decades. He was an amazing, kind, caring, dedicated, and hard working man. A tremendous loss to many in Frederick County but also to many of us in the surrounding counties.

Frank was such an unsung hero of our Frederick County Rotary Club - when he was able, he arrived early to set up our meeting flags and put out our directional signs ... always kind, always a gentleman and always willing to have a conversation.
He is missed already!
