Kathleen Fogle Obituary
Kathleen Beryl Clarke Fogle, 85, of Maurertown, VA, passed away Friday, March 7, 2025, at Skyline Terrace Nursing Home. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at 2:00pm at Harrisville Cemetery. Pastors Jared Rice, Bobby Funkhouser, and Adam Basham will officiate. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6-8 at Valley Funeral Service in Edinburg.
Kathleen was born October 2, 1939, in Flitcham Village in England, daughter of the late Arthur and Gladys Leeth Clarke. She was a member of Valley Baptist Church in Edinburg and First Baptist Church in Woodstock. She worked as a seamstress for Wrangler.
She is preceded in death by her husband, William Roger Fogle; sister, Jean Leatherdale; brothers, Allan Clarke, and Colin Clarke.
She is survived by her son, Dale Fogle and wife, Carol of Maurertown, VA; daughter, Christina Holt and husband, Coy of Strasburg, VA; brothers, Gerald Clarke and Philip Clarke both of England; grandchildren, Caisee Fogle and husband, Joe Jackson, Loren Fogle and wife, Cristy; great-granddaughter, Josslyn Fogle; sisters in law, Loretta Behm and husband, Patrick, Alda Fogal, Peggy Fogle; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Kathleen enjoyed being outdoors especially working in her flowerbeds. She also enjoyed socializing.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Skyline Terrace Nursing Home, 123 Lakeview Drive Woodstock, VA 22664.
