Dear Phillips Family,
My deepest sympathy for your family. Larry was my boss from 1980-1988. He was always fair, compassionate to what was going on in one's life and looked out for dispatch's well being. I have many favorable memories of Larry that I have reflected on through the years.
It was always clear how much he loved his family.
Keeping you close in prayer.

Sharon and Family,
I know Larry was a good husband and Family man. I have good memories as we graduated together and were both on ships during the Cuban crisis.
God bless you and your family.
