Sunny Clark-Penafiel Obituary
Sunny was born in Wichita, Kansas on February 20, 1962, a daughter of the late Harvey Lee and Joyce Elaine Napier Clark.
Survivors include her loving husband Carlos Penafiel of Strasburg, VA; one son Emilio Penafiel of Cancun, Mexico; her siblings Cathy, David, Brittney, Justin, and Brooke along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of life gathering for Sunny will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, September 22, 2025, at Stover Funeral Home.

My all American friend. So genuine, so blonde, so beautiful. Just to let you know that you are in my thoughts and heart. You were one of those people that I knew would always be my friend and as time has passed I was right. Even though we haven´t seen each other for so long we still remained in contact and I know I could tell you anything without judgment. Those friends are few and far between. Thank you for being one of mine. Love you my darling. I will think of you whenever I look up at the stars!
