Rochester: April 30, 2014. He is survived by son, Tyler T. Cody Jr.; daughter, Erynn Boose-Cody; his parents, Rev. William and Kathleen Cody; 5 brothers; 4 sisters; maternal grandparents, Catherine and Tom Jackson; paternal grandfather, William Cody Sr.; host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, Joy Community Church family and friends.
Friends may call Tuesday, 6-8 PM at Latimers. Funeral Service, Wednesday, 11 AM at Bridge Builders Ministries, 1787 Norton St. Rev. Tony Martorana, Officiating. Interment, Riverside Cemetery.

Today April 30th marks the 6 year anniversary of your passing through the doorway of eternity, I feel the pain of not having you here with me while at the same time the enrichment of having had the privilege of being your dad. I cherish all of the memories created by our journey together and Thank God for the treasures you deposited in my life over the years. May you Rest in peace and enjoy being in the presence of Jesus, I so look forward to seeing you again.

Words can not express how much I love my family. Although we weren't that close, when I heard the news it felt likes piece of me died inside. I just want to let you know that I love you sooo much and I miss you everyday! It's still hard to believe but I know you're in a better place now. As I walk through grandma's house everyday looking at your pictures on the wall , I think about the good times we had together and all the good memories I had of you. The sweet sound of your voice , the sence of humor that would turn anyone's day around, I can still see that huge smile you always had on your face! Oh what good memories we had. I remember the last time I seen you when you came to Georgia, I braided your hair that time lol. I could go on and on about my dear loving cousin. But to sum all of this up.. Tyler, although I only knew you for a short time, I always told Jordan how respectful and kind you were. Jordan took it really hard because he said you were the big brother he never had.
