Kathleen Connors Obituary
She was born in Boston, Mass., on March 19, 1938, and she was the daughter of the late John Paul Carton and the late Kathleen Nora McEachern.
Kathleen was a devoted wife of 48 years, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was an active member of Christ Our Redeemer Catholic Church. She was a most amazing and generous woman and a wonderful mom and nana. She enjoyed traveling and loved spending time with her family and friends.
We will all miss her bright smile and infectious laugh.
Kathleen was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Alexander Joseph Connors; and beloved grandson, Nolan Patrick Connors.
Surviving are brother, Lawrence Carton; sisters, Marie Tanner and Carol LaBonte; daughters, Teresa Connors and Julie Bierman and husband, Tom; sons, Alexander Sean and wife, Chalese, Patrick and wife, Jill, and Michael; grandchildren, Brendan Bierman, Sydney Bierman, Alexis Bierman, Makenna Connors, Liam Connors, Ciara Connors, Logan Connors, Ella Connors, Amanda Connors, Aaron Connors and Cameron Connors; great-grandson, Alexander Connors; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m., on Thursday, Sept. 19, 2013, at Christ Our Redeemer Catholic Church and a Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m., on Friday, Sept. 20, at Christ Our Redeemer Catholic Church in Niceville, with reception to follow.
Flowers are lovely, but the best way to remember Kathleen is a donation to Catholic Relief Services (catholicrelief.org) or Niceville St. Vincent de Paul. In that spirit, the family requests no flowers. You may offer the family condolences and sign a guestbook at www.heritagegardensfuneralhome.com. Heritage Gardens Funeral Home of Niceville is entrusted with arrangements.

Oh I so loved Aunt Kathleen - I have so many fond memories of her and Uncle Alex when I would visit them in Ayer during the summers when I was young - She was always a loving person - so kind - I love her so much

I am traveling and cannot attend Kathleen's service. So sorry to read online of her sudden passing. She and Alex were truly good Samaritans. They will be missed. My heartfelt sympathy to their loved ones.

Kathy was a dear friend from grade school through high school and Alex and my older brother were good friends. Kathy is so much a part of my memories of those years. Catching up with her at reunions was a special time. My deepest sympathy to all of you upon your loss.

My sympathies to Kathy's family. She and I were classmates at Ayer High School in MA and have many happy memories of her and our class, including several reunions over the years.
