Mari Skinner Obituary

Mari Helen Skinner of Miramar Beach, Florida, age 73, passed away peacefully on May 30, 2020 at Somerby Senior Living in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. She was born on October 22, 1946 to Joseph and Helen Gauthier of Shawano, Wisconsin.

She was married to Donald "Dee" Skinner who preceded her in death in 2004. Mari Helen is survived by her sister, Joanne (Richard) Crispin of Boston, Massachusetts; brother, Neil Gauthier of Alexandria, Virginia; brother-in-law John (Judy) Skinner of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida; brother-in-law Ward (Ruth) Skinner of Dallas, Texas. Mari Helen had two stepchildren, Sean Skinner and Stephanie Touchet of Lafayette, Louisiana; three grandchildren, one great-grandchild, seven nieces and nephews and nine great nieces and nephews.

She attended Simple Faith Church of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida and was a long-time member of Community Bible Study (CBS) of Destin and Impact 100 of Walton County.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Simple Faith Church (P.O. Box 4943 Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459), Community Bible Study (CBS) (Communitybiblestudy.org or by church- 790 Stout Road Colorado Springs, CO 80921) or Impact 100 (P.O. Box 4266 Fort Walton Beach, FL 32549-4266)

A celebration of life will be held at a future date.
