Died: Dec. 5, 2014

Carol A. Burns, 62, of Huntley died peacefully, December 5, 2014.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, at 10:00 a.m. at Huntley Cemetery.

Carol was born June 22, 1952, in Bridgeport, CT the daughter of George and Theresa ( Mastrogiovanni) Gardineer. On August 26, 1972, she married James R. Burns, the couple enjoyed 42 years of a devoted life together.

She is survived by her loving husband, Jim; and by her brother, Brandon Garrett; and by several cousins.

Carol is preceded in death by her parents.
