Please accept my deepest sympathy on the passing of your father. I too grew up in Ringwood and our families knew each other. I had the privilege to work as your dad's secretary at Wieser & Associates Real Estate in 1973 and 1974. Mike was a good friend, a great boss and I always enjoyed his laugh whenever our paths would cross. He will be missed but not forgotten. Mary Carr Condon
