HAPPY FATHERS DAY!

Tina Marie Monestere

June 18, 2010

Ever sweet light of mine, shine or Lord let it shine. Each day passing let the light of life shine deep within our hearts, consuming the darkness of this world, the pain and sorrow of a loved one gone home to be with you O'God. The Lord is my shepard I shall not want. He makes me to lay down in green pastures, He leads me besides still waters. He rstors my soul, He leads me in the path of rightousness for His namesake. Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for You O'God are with me. Your rod and staff, they comfort me. You anoint my head with oil and my cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life. Psalms 23
This was my Dad's favorite, as well as mine.

I will always miss him and am sad that he is gone. I promise to you all to do my best and keep on trucking down this road called life. I hope and pray that each day the pain of Dad being missed eventually is replaced with happy memories. As I cry, I do so with a smile remembering my long hours on the phone, talking about food and reciepes. Life's turns and twist, ups and downs. Being allowed to express myself in ways I never could with anyone alse, but my Dad. He taught me to listen even when I did not want too! I know for each one of you there has to be that special some thing about him that you will cherish and/or always remember, same for me. Mine is when he would say, "Wait a minute, will you just listen to me, just calm down and wait a minute" that is when I would be trying to get my point across at the same time as him. I pray that the good Lord continue to allow our love for him to grow, to never diminish. You are all special to me and I hope that God will allow us to dwell on every good moment we ever had with Dad.
I love you all.
